The Mission:
Create a 30 - 40 second video to show your mad skills in filmmaking and mountain biking on the Sunshine Coast. We want you to showcase the Coast and it's amazing Mountain Biking opportunities with a creative and technically awesome short film.
The Judge:
Internationally recognized extreme freeride cinematographer Bjorn Enga will judge the top 3 films.... then Facebook voters will decide who wins the top prize!
The Prize:
$1000 worth of Bike Gear
Film shown on Sunshine TV Screens in Vancouver, Nanaimo, Horseshoe Bay and all over the Sunshine Coast. + Sunshine Coast Credit Union Bank Screens + Facebook + Krankedbikes.com
When your film is completed you must upload to a file sharing site such as youtube or vimeo.

Footage must be shot on the Sunshine Coast BC
Video must be produced after January 1st 2012
You must be a Sunshine Coast resident
All footage must be original and owned by you
You must have the rights to all music used in your film.
You will retain ownership of your video but when you enter the competition you automatically give permission for Sunshine TV, Annika Anderson, Big Pacific.com, Krankedbikes.com, Sunshineccu.com and facebook to use of your film and add their logo's to your film.
Sunshine TV, Annika Anderson & the film competition sponsors do not accept any responsibility for ANY liabilities, injuries, or costs incurred during production of films, processing and handling of the entries or the usage of the prize.
The top 3 winning films may be used on facebook, sunshinetvnetwork.com and other websites relating to the Sunshine TV film competition.
Winners will be asked to submit a high resolution copy of the film via DVD .
The Prize is $1000 worth of mountain bike gear which will be placed as a credit at a local bike shop. It may be put towards the cost of a bike or used for maintenance of a current bike. You cannot exchange the credit for cash.
Only those shortlisted will be contacted.

Creativity - what creative elements are present in the video?
Cinematography - composition, movement, focus, feel of the sport and location?
Riding - how good is the riding?

- does it expose amazing mountain biking on the Sunshine Coast?
- does this message get told within the video?
- does the video make you want to ride on the Sunshine Coast?
Production Values - editing, music, audio, colour correcting, credits, titles.
